Ellis creamery is an evolution to a hobby that started 3-4 years back when Khristian and Marie were just making pastries for family and friends. Both of them were working 9-5 when they conceptualized “Marie’s Kitchen”. That concept stayed as a hobby until they bought the brick-and-mortar shop called Ellis Creamery in July 2021. They wanted to create some of the hottest and coldest treats from the Philippines to Northern California.
